Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of wireless sales or electronics sales is beneficial
